The first meeting of the Parliamentary Council of Ethics

The Council held the first meeting to discuss the organizational issues.

The Council members considered the provisions of the Statute and other documents. “At the meeting, we discussed the Statute of the Council and the main issues to be specified therein. We are also to develop the forms of the documents, including the complaint form, letter of credence, gift registration etc. It takes time and as estimated, the Council will be ready for full-fledged operation in September”, - the Member of the Council, Irine Pruidze noted.

The Council has been set up under the Parliamentary Resolution of March 19, 2019 and is composed of 14 members – Irine Pruidze, Nino Tsilosani, Ruslan Gajiev, Koba Lursmanashvili, Genadi Margvelashvili, Rati Ionatamishvili, Ruslan Pogosiani, Otar Kakhidze, Khatuna Gogorishvili, Sergi Kapanadze, Mamuka Chikovani, Emzar Kvitsiani, Eka Beselia and Ramaz Nikolaishvili.
