The Committees considered the Change to the Civil Code of Practice

The Human Rights and Civil Integration and Legal Issues Committees considered with the I reading the draft on Civil Code of Practice, envisaging reduction of the 2-month term for consideration of granting expropriation right in the court to 1 month.

The Human Rights and Civil Integration Committee supported the draft with the remark that the consideration term for particularly grave cases can be prolonged to 5 months.

The Legal Issues Committee supported the draft but MPs agreed to additionally discuss possibility of maximal extension of consideration term for grave cases at the II reading. The draft envisages expropriation for the purpose of the public necessity projects, such are road and highway construction, railway construction, national defense etc.
