“We will revise the Rules of Procedure in order to ensure due realization of the Constitutional authority by the Parliament”, - the Speaker stated when speaking about revision of the Rules of Procedure, as there are number of the procedures to be improved, he stated.
“There are the procedures to be improved related to legislative, as well as oversight activity. Our task is to develop the improved Rules of Procedure. As you know, it is the objective of the Constitution and we have qualitatively enhanced the rights of the opposition on the basis of the Constitutional changes. Similarly, we will revise the Rules of Procedure to empower the Parliament and to ensure due realization of the Constitutional authority by the Parliament”.
The procedures concerning obligation of the Ministers to appear at the Parliament if summoned will be improved. “This obligation is outlined in the Constitution and in the Rules of Procedure. Hence, this obligation remains valid. We speak about improvement of the procedures related to this obligation”.
