At today’s sitting, the Speaker Archil Talakvadze responded to the sitting of the Executive Council of UNWTO, which is hosted by Georgia for the first time in history.
"We are proud that our country enjoys such a high level of conviction from our partners and international community. This is due to the fact that we have a very business-oriented and trust-based cooperation with international organizations, and also that Georgia has proved to be a safe country with an ability of managing the threats. At the moment, Georgia remains in the green zone and we are doing everything at our disposal to get through the pandemic period with minimal damage. First of all, our concern lies with the health and safety of our citizens, and also, an extremely important task is to stabilize and reboot the economy, for which we work continuously. That is why it is very important to hold a meeting of the Executive Council in Georgia", - Archil Talakvadze remarked.
