The Bureau specified the September 30 plenary agenda, supplementing it with 6 more bills: on Customs Code with the III reading, envisaging the extension of the effective time of some of the transitional provisions to January 1, 2022, and termination of the effect of the Book X of the Code till January 1, 2022; the draft organic law on Common Courts with the III reading, regulating the issues related to the appeal of the decision of the High Council of Justice to the qualification chamber at any stage of selection of the Supreme Court Judges; the draft resolutions on:
“These are important resolutions concerning the ratification of the agreements. Today, when the Parliament makes this decision by voting and ratifies the agreements, Georgia as a result will receive 75 ml EURO as an international allowance”, - the Speaker, Archil Talakvadze stated.
