The Bureau specified the September 30 plenary agenda, supplementing it with 6 more bills: on Customs Code with the III reading, envisaging the extension of the effective time of some of the transitional provisions to January 1, 2022, and termination of the effect of the Book X of the Code till January 1, 2022; the draft organic law on Common Courts with the III reading, regulating the issues related to the appeal of the decision of the High Council of Justice to the qualification chamber at any stage of selection of the Supreme Court Judges; the draft resolutions on:

• Change N1 to the Loan Agreement between Georgia and IBRD of June 18, 2019 (innovation, inclusiveness and quality project – Georgia 12Q);
• Cooperation Memorandum between Georgia (loan recipient) and EU (loan issuer) (micro-financial aid for Georgia in the amount of up to 150 ml EURO) and Loan Agreement between Georgia (loan recipient) and National Bank of Georgia (financial agent of the recipient) and EU (loan issuer) (micro-financial aid for Georgia);
• Loan Agreement between Georgia and IBRD (Log-in Georgia project).

“These are important resolutions concerning the ratification of the agreements. Today, when the Parliament makes this decision by voting and ratifies the agreements, Georgia as a result will receive 75 ml EURO as an international allowance”, - the Speaker, Archil Talakvadze stated.
