  • 200 civil servants for local governments.
  • 64 code coordinator for local governments.
  • 150 civil servants for Tbilisi.
  • 200 code coordinator and lawyers.
  • Executive staff (staff of the Ministries of Health, Education, Justice, Interior and Prosecution).

The Training Program is backed by UNICEF and USAID.
