The Committee considered four documents for ratification. Memorandum on Mutual Understanding between OSCE and Georgia on Program Implementation of Small and Light Weapon and Contemporary Martial Material Stock, signed on April 30, 2014 I Vienna. The Georgian Government and OSCE consider importance of responsibility of OSCE member states to promptly implement small and light weapon and contemporary martial stock, are guided under the universally recognized demilitarization and realize necessity to prevent armed conflicts. The parties express bilateral will to eliminate excessive martial material stock. OSCE shall develop and implement special program in Georgia focused on three priorities: excessive, small and light weapon and contemporary martial material stock elimination projects. The Georgian Government assumes to exempt material and service for OSCE Secretariat for project implementation from all taxes and fees, to exempt them from customs fees upon export/import, will grant OSCE, property and official representative thereof with privileges and immunity under the Vienna 1961 convention on diplomatic relations. The Finance Agreement between Georgia and IDA, signed on July 9, 2014 envisages allocation of 22.7 ml USD with 25 years, 5 years lax period and with interest rate of 2-2.5%. Financing implies: competitiveness law, food safety, veterinary, plant protection code, trade support etc. The Loan Agreement between Georgia and IBRD, signed on July 9, 2014, envisages allocation of 70 ml USD with 25 years, 10 years lax period with variable interest rate and based on Libor. The Loan Agreement between Georgia and IBRD, signed on July 9, 2014 envisages allocation of 75 ml USD with 25 years, 10 years lax period with variable interest rate based on Libor, purposed for rehabilitation of 200 km internal road with duration of 2014-2018. The Committee supported the issues.
