The Members of the Faction "Unity for Justice”, Dimitri Lortkipanidze and Tamaz Diasamidze spoke about the role of Parliament in building the democratic state.

Dimitri Lortkipanidze spoke about the history of parliamentarizm, development of democracy and integration to the European structures. Tamaz Diasamidze spoke about the aspects of struggle for independence on various phases of Georgian history.

18 students from ten European countries participated in the meeting, who are actively involved in NGOs and are interested in current processes and the stages of democratic development in Georgia, also in the key symbols of democracy – Parliament, court and freedom of expression. The MPs gave the exhaustive answers to the questions by the students.
