The Inters of the Georgian Parliament wished a Happy New Year to the elderly residents of the Shelter "Relief” and handed them food products and gifts. As the Shelter Staff members noted, the gift of TV set made the elderly people most happy. The ensemble "Shoshia” and inters held a concert for the Shelter residents as well.

The Shelter "Relief” was founded 5 years ago and it has 9 residents. Zurab Khajomia, the head of the Shelter thanked the youngsters for their presents and attention.

Every year, the interns of the Parliament of Georgia organize different type of charity activities. The tradition was preserved in 2012 as well. The interns plan to organize the similar events in the future as well.
