In order to improve the mechanisms of taxation and administration, liberalization of sanctions for tax offences and technical precision of some norms, the changes shall be adopted to the Tax Code of Georgia. The draft law was considered with the second reading at the joint sitting by articles.

According to the draft, the changes shall be adopted to the number of articles and paragraohs of the Code.

Taking the remarks and views into account, the Committees supported submission of the issue to the plenary session.
