The Speaker of the Parliament, David USUPASHVILI met with the American Congressmen in Tbilisi Marriot Hotel. The parties spoke about the relations between the two countries and foreign political issues.

The Speaker stated after the meeting that in one and half months, he plans to visit Washington DC. “USA and Congress remain our primary friends and supporters. We agreed about the further contacts. Approximately in one and half month, I will be visiting Washington and continue our conversation there. I’m sure that the relation between the two countries, including on the Parliamentary level, will go further”, - he noted.
