The Committee considered with the second reading the drafts on changes to the Law On Military Obligation and Military Service and On Military Serviceman Status. The draft was introduced by the Head of the Legal Department of the Ministry of Defense, Vepkhia Grigalashvili.
The MPs expressed no content remarks. The only remark by Tariel Londaridze was concerning the renaming. Namely, in his opinion, the term “contract” shall be substituted with the term “agreement”. The Chair of the Committee agreed on this proposal.
The plenary will discuss the issues, considered by the Committee.
