According to the draft on Changes to the Rules of Procedure of Parliament, the changes to the Organic Law on General Courts are reflected in the Article 219 of the Rules of Procedure and the rule and the term of nomination and consideration of the candidates of the members of the Supreme Court of Justice.

The Committee considered this draft with the third reading. The Committee also considered with the third reading the draft on change to the Criminal Code of Practice. The main essence of the change is that the parties shall be able to make decisions after the agreement on court hearing without the jury.

The Committee supported submission of the draft to the plenary session.
