The Committees considered with the first reading the initiative by Giorgi Tsagareishvili on change to the law on Forest Code.

According to the change, in order to transport and processing of the wood on the territories, possessed by the municipal unity and private property, the LEPL of the Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources - National Forest Agency shall issue to certificate of origin.
As to the certificate of field of wood, it shall be issued by local municipal unit according to the relevant rule of the Organic Law on Local Self-Government.
The Committees supported submission of the draft to the plenary session.
