The working visit of the Chair of the Committee on European Integration, Victor Dolidze and the Chair of the Committee on Foreign Relations, Tedo Japaridze to Strasbourg ended. Georgian MPs held the meetings with the heads of all leading political groups in EP.

As V. Dolidze stated, “the bilateral meetings, the big part of which was dedicated to the EPP representatives, evidenced that EPP is friend of Georgia and not of any separate party. It is interested in Georgia to be a stabile, reliable partner. It was noted that EP supports timely signing of the Association Agreement with Georgia. It was noted that sometimes, the criticism by European partners serves for making Georgia a devoted country of European values”.

As politicians stated, the meetings evidenced that it is necessary to share information with European colleagues on the regular-basis.
