The Committee invited the President of the Basketball National Federation, Besik Liparteliani, who introduced the future plans. He spoke about the current situation in the Federation, implemented activity, 2013 goals and tasks. According to him the 2013 priorities are: national team, age teams, championships – club sport and aid to veteran basketball players. He in details spoke about the problems and the ways of solution. Particular attention was paid to preparation of Georgian team for 2013 Europe Championship Final Stage. B. Liparteliani also answered the questions. The Chair of the Committee, Leri Khabelov called upon the sports society for more activity in order of adoption of proper changes to the legislation. The Committee plans to summon the Heads of Rugby and Football Federations in the future.
