The Minister delivered the report and summed up the activity by the Ministry. According to him, it is very important that the Minister does not criticize the former counterpart and tries to continue the tradition and the reforms, onset by the preceding Government.
He discussed the issues, such are cultural development of the regions and the grave situation existing in this sphere. He noted that it is necessary to establish the new hubs for culture, movie-theatres, art schools to facilitate the talented youth.
The Minister was asked the questions about financing the talented youth, restoration of cultural monuments and museums. The remarks and recommendations were expressed concerning the reforms.
