The Parliament will appeal to the Prosecutor’s Office to study the issue on the Parliament premise in Kutaisi, as it was stated at the Committee sitting. The Committee heard the information on gaining of finances for construction of the Parliamentary premise in Kutaisi, purposefulness of consumption and legality audit by the Audit Service, introduced by Lasha Tordia. The audit was aimed to study legality of the issue. The participants of consideration were the representatives of the Ministry of Economics, Samkharauli Expert Service, other experts. The report revealed that the sum is consumed without purpose, the construction is implemented without permission, the violations are detected. The draft by Zurab Tkemaladze and Gigla Agulashvili on change to the law on Agricultural Land Property, considered with the second reading, envisages 6-months moratorium. The Committee considered with the second reading the draft on change to the Code of Product Safety and Free Turnover. The Committee considered the drafts by the Government: on change to the Air Code and on change to the law on Transport Sphere Management and Regulation. The Committee considered with the first reading the draft on standards, procedures and practice of civil aviation. The Parliamentary Secretary of the President, Dimitri Dzagnidze introduced the address by the President on remarks on the drafts on change to the law on Broadcasting, on change to the Organic law on Public Defender. The Committee heard the presentation by the economic expert, Uruzmag Karkusov on “Investment of 6.4 billion for monetary stability and economic development”.
