The fee for cleaning and waste management service on municipal settled areas will not increase as it shall be releases from VAT, as it is provided in the draft on change to the Tax Code, considered by the Committee with the third reading. The draft is initiated by Zurab Tkemaladze, Nodar Ebanoidze, Mikheil Machavariani and Giorgi Meladze. According to Z. Tkemaladze, the draft is aimed at releasing the fees from additional liabilities. The Committee considered with the third reading one more draft – change to the law on Local Fees. The Committee also considered with the third reading the draft on change to the law on Fees for Usage of Natural Resources. The Committee members supported submission of the drafts to the plenary session.
