The voter, stricken off the register, or registration of which declared void, will be able to vote on October 27 if passes registration till October 10, 2013. These are the changes to the Election Code and introduced by Z. Kutsnashvili. According to him, the changes enable 90 000 citizens to vote in the Presidential, also exempts the voter from the fee for electronic ID and photo (except accelerated service fees). As he elucidated, the person shall not be exempted from fees for ID if he/she was stroke off the register in case of deprivation of citizenship, expiration of residence permit. The Committee also considered the draft by Koba Davitashvili on establishing more severe responsibility for violation of rules of circulation of pharmaceutical product – change to the law on Drug and Pharmaceutical Activity. As he noted, the penalties shall increase three-fold in terms of drugs subject to special control, prohibited without the prescription by the doctor.
