The Committees considered with the first reading the draft by Koba Davitashvili on change to the law on Protection of Juveniles from Hazard Impact. The draft prohibits airing of programs, having hazard impact on physical, mental, moral and intellectual development of juveniles at the time, most probable to be watched. The draft also prohibits selling the printed press, providing the sexual material. According to the reporter, the prohibition does not apply to the political, social or religious information. The Committees supported the principles. The Committees also considered with the third reading the draft on change to the law on Higher Education and supported submission thereof to the session.
