The Youth Parliament introduced the drafts on change to the Civil Code and Civil Code of Practice. The family members of the person, tend to alcohol, narcotics or gambling, are entitled to raise the case for recognition as of limited ability, providing the circumstances in the application, confirming the above-stated. According to the Chair, Eka Beselia, it is necessary to hold the complex survey to define impact of such addictions on materials state of family. The Committee considered the draft by the Coalition “Unanimity”, “Unification Memorandum” members and the organizations on change to the Organic law on Election Code. The Committee also considered the drafts by the representatives of “Lawyers for Legislative Initiative” on change to the organic law on General Courts, to the law on Normative Acts, to the law on Lawyers, to the law on Public Service, to the Labor Code, to the Civil Code, to the law on State Levy.
