The Committee considered the draft, developed by the working group on December 20, 2012, regulating external trade law. The draft envisages the municipal executive body, entitled to issue permit on external trade. As it was noted, the term of the permit is 2 years and the amount of permit fee shall not exceed 1 GEL per 1 m2 in 24 hours. According to the Head of group, Gia Zhorzholiani, the general standards for external trade area and the list of prohibited product have been established. The Committee considered the changes to the law on Cost of Mastering of the Substitute Land, allocated in non-Agricultural view instead of Agricultural Land and Reimbursement of Damage”, temporarily restricting alienation of agricultural land. The Committee also considered the legislative initiative by the Institute of Democracy on change to the Code of Administrative Offense.
