The Committee considered with the third reading the draft organic law on changes to the Election Code. The draft regulates issues for restriction of usage of administrative resources: the restriction shall apply to the persons during the pre-election period, who are not registered as the subjects though have the will to realize passive suffrage. Participation in pre-election period shall be restricted to some public servants to define their participation in the campaign. Some officials are forbidden from participating in the campaign. The Committee considered with the third reading the draft on changes to the Election Code, envisaging the persons, authorized to sign the application by the representative of the candidate to Presidency. According to the draft, the lists of military servicemen, serving in peace-keeping operations, are no longer public information. The Committee considered with the third reading the draft organic law on change to the Election Code. According to the change, possibility to vote in the Des abroad shall be granted to 20-3000 voters at the same time. The number of voters, exceeding 90 000, stricken off register, will be able to vote. The Committee considered with the second reading the draft on change to the organic law on Political Unions of Citizens. According to the draft, the party shall get the sum, allocated from the state budget, which gained more than 3% of voters in the last elections. The index shall decrease to 3%. The draft establishes regulations for the legal entities to restore right to finance the parties. The Committee supported submission of the drafts to the session.
