The Speaker of the Parliament, David Usupashvili met with the newly-appointed Ambassador of Great Britain and Northern Ireland to Georgia, Mrs. Alexandra Hall Hall. The parties spoke about main priorities of domestic and foreign policy and future cooperation and relations. The guest was interested in activity of the Parliament and the reforms implemented by the new Government. The Speaker thanked the Ambassador for support and development of international institutions. He expressed his hope that strategic and partner state for Georgia will attach attention to facilitation of sovereignty of the country on the international theatre and enhancement of economic and cultural relations. The Ambassador expressed her commitment to facilitate relations between the two countries. The Speaker wishes success to the Ambassador in her future activity.
