The Government, instead of the President, will defined the rule of coordination of activity of the special service and counter-intelligence organization after the Presidential. Thus, the changes are to be adopted to the law on Counter-Intelligence Activity. According to the Chair, Irakli Sesiashvili, the draft is one of the amongst the drafts, subject to enactment upon the Presidential. The drafts will be submitted to the session.
