In order to protect and restore the territories with national heritage unique, rare natural formations and cultural areal, the protected areas of natural monument category shall be created. As Giorgi Tsagareishvili noted, the following natural monuments are to be formed: Baldi Canyon natural monument, Oniore Waterfall and Toba Priveli Cave natural monument, Toba waterfall and Arsen Okrojanashvili cave natural monument, Motena cave natural monument, river Abasha waterfall natural monument, Ochkhomuri waterfall natural monument, Nazodelao cave natural monument, Hochkadila canyon natural monument, Goderdzi fossils forest natural monument, Dambasha canyon natural monument, Samshvilde canyon natural monument, Mukhura waterfall natural monument, Bodorna rock polls natural monument, Jvari pass natural monument, Jvari pass Travertini natural monument and Keterisi mineral natural monument. According to him, they work on creation of Pshav-Khevsureti protected areas, solving the “creeping border” problem.
