The Committee considered with the third reading the drafts by Giorgi Tsagareishvili. The changes are to be adopted up to 10 laws and Code, deriving from the Constitutional law, passed in 2010. According to G. Tsagareishvili, the changes are to be adopted to the laws on: Ambient Air, Fauna, Protected Area System, Environmental Protection, Waster Import and Transit on the Territory of Georgia, Particular Protection of Greenery and State Forest Fund within the Boundaries of Tbilisi and Adjacent Territories, Ore, Red List and Red Book, Water and Forest Code. No editorial remarks have been expressed, thus the Committee submitted submission thereof to the session.
