The draft by David Onoprishvili and Nodar Ebanoidze was considered with the second reading. The changes are to be adopted to the laws on: Grants; Investigation Service at the Ministry of Finance; State Audit Service; Tax Code. The changes harmonize the laws with the Constitution. The Committee considered with the first reading the draft by Irine Imerlishvili and Zurab Abashidze on change to the law on Fee System Basics. According to the change, upon deprivation of the property under the article 21 of the Constitution, the paid reimbursement shall be exempted from fees. The drafts are entailed with the necessity of changes, subject to enactment upon oath by the newly elected President in 2013 Presidential. The Committee supported submission of the drafts to the plenary session.
