The authority to issue permit for the foreign military ships to enter the domestic naval waters of Georgia shall be delegated to the Prime Minister from the President. The relevant change is to be adopted to the law on Naval Space of Georgia, subject to enactment upon oath by the newly elected President after 2013 Presidential. The Committee considered the draft with the first reading, which was introduced by Zurab Abashidze. The Committee considered with the second reading the draft on change to the law on Martial Law. According to Vakhtang Khmaladze, the second article has been altered since the first reading, concerning the term of enactment and has been formulated in the following edition – This Law to be enacted upon the Oath by the Newly Elected President as a result of the Presidential Elections 2013. The Committee supported submission thereof to the session.
