The fundamental change of the Constitution, subject to enactment upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013 Presidential was entailed with the changes to the law on Broadcasting. Tamar Kordzaia introduced the changes, according to which, in the event of confirming the conflict of interests and violation of law, the Member of Commission shall be dismissed by the Parliament, guided with the procedures under the Rules of Procedures. The Committee considered the change to the law on Public Service, envisaging increase of the list of the officials, prescribed under the article 2 of the law on Incompatibility of Interest and Corruption in Public Service. The Committee considered the changes to the Rules of Procedure, harmonizing the said legislative act with the law on Status of the Member of Parliament. The Committee considered the technical change to the Rules of Procedure, correcting the legislative gap of the paragraph 1, article 37.
