The Committee considered the issues of necessary quorum for alteration of the Government or dismissal of the Parliament, revision of the Constitution and overriding the Presidential veto on the draft Constitution in the event of renewal in the structure of the Government, upon note of confidence and rejection of the state budget by the Parliament. These are the draft on changes and amendments to the Constitution of Georgia, considered with the first reading. The conclusive protocol of the Steering Commission on Public Consideration of the Constitution was introduced, providing that the drafts are ready for consideration by the Committees in accordance with the procedures, prescribed under the Rules of Procedure. The Committee also considered 25 drafts, including the drafts on change to the law on the Rules of Entry and Leave of the Citizens of Georgia, on changes to the organic law on Election Code, on changes to the law on Normative Acts, on changes and amendments to the law on Informational Security and on changes and amendments to the Administrative Code of Georgia. the Committee supported submission of the drafts to the session.
