The main objective of the draft on change to the law on State Debt is to take some norms of the law on State Debt of 2010 into account with the Constitutional changes. The changes relate to the drafts by David Onoprishvili and Nodar Ebanoidze: change to the organic law on National Bank, changes to the law on Support of Suppression of Legalization of Illegal Income, considered with the first reading. According to the Chair of the Committee, David Onoprishvili, the Constitutional changes decrease authority of the President and increase the authority of the Prime Minister. These changes shall be reflected in the current legislation. No essential remarks were expressed and MPs supported submission of the issues to the session.
