The Constitutional norms of October 15, 2013 shall be enacted upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013, with which some authorities of the President shall be delegated to the Government and the Prime Minister. Thus, it is important to harmonize some legislative acts with the Constitution. The Committee considered the drafts: change to the law on Direct State Administration, change to the law on Tbilisi – the Capital of Georgia, change to the organic law on Local Self-Government, change to the law on State Supervision on Activity by Municipalities, change to the law on Property of Local Self-Government Entity, change to the law on Creation of Relevant Conditions for Peaceful Resolution of the Conflict in Former South Ossetia Autonomous Region, change to the law on Titling the Geographic Objects. The Committee supported submission thereof of the session.
