The Bureau considered the daily agenda for the plenary session. The MPs will consider up to 80 issues, including the Constitutional changes. The Constitutional change will be considered with the first reading, which envisages separation of authority between the Parliament and the Government and note of confidence to the Government. According to D. Usupashvili, under the Rules of Procedure, the Parliament will suspend activity during one month prior to the elections but due to multitude of issues for consideration, sundry extraordinary sessions will be held next week up to October 3-4. The Speaker called upon the MPs to be mobilized for such a regime, he also addressed the Government for timely submission any issues for consideration. |
