The sitting was completely dedicated to the issue of TV Company “Obiektivi”. The Director of the Company, Mikheil Agladze and the Head of the Media Union “Obiektivi”, Irma Inashvili introduced the facts of pressure on TV by the GNCC and former Governmental figures. According to them, TV without broadcasting frequency, was established after gaining the right on license in 2001. The editorial net of the company was dedicated to the national-cognitive topics and had no problems up to 2004. According to M. Agladze, the first attacks on TV started after the Rose Revolution when the then Head of GNCC, Dimitri Kitoshvili summoned him to his office and required to concede the company. According to him, the pressure and menace of detention lasted till 2004 when he was subject to violence as a result of which he gained the ear problem. After these facts, the 50% of shares were alienated to the Dentist, David Kakauridze who also was the shareholder of the company. It occurred in one of the notary office during the nighttime. According to I. Inashvili, she started publicizing the issue though in vain. Even more, the pressure started for 1% of shares to allow Kakauridze holding the control package of shares which he achieved. According to the claimants, after this, the events were as follows: Kakauridze conveyed this share to Charkhalashvili, who alienated it to businessman Guram Kvirikashvili, the latter addressed to GNCC in 2008 and granted the license to the state.
