The President shall be empowered to enter the penitentiary institution according to the change to the Code on Imprisonment. The change enlarges the list of the persons, on the names of which the administration is prohibited to suspend and inspect the statements, claims and appeals by the convicts or defendants. The list of the persons shall be as well enlarged, who are entitled to enjoy the right of entry the penitentiary without special permit. The Administration is prohibited to suspend or inspect the statement, appeal or demand to the President, the Speaker, Prime Minister, MP, Court, European Court of Human Rights, International Organization, Ministry, Department, Public Defender, Prosecutor. The Committee also considered the changes to the law on Protection and Aid for the Victims of Domestic Violence.
