The Committee considered the draft by Irine Imerlishvili and Zurab Abashidze on change to the law on Recognition of Property Right on the Land Plots under the Ownership (Possession) of the Natural Persons and Legal Entities. According to Z. Abashidze, the draft is entailed with the Constitutional changes, subject to enactment upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013. The changes are to be adopted to the number of articles, also the article 75 shall be added, defining the responsibility of the Government to adopt the relevant normative acts till April 1, 2014. The Committee supported submission of the draft to the session.
