The Committee considered with the second reading the draft on change to the law on Lobbyist Activity. As one of the initiators, Tamar Kordzaia stated, the remarks expressed upon the first reading were taken into account. The terms used in the draft are being taken in accord with the current legislation. The draft is related to the Constitutional law of October 14, 2013 and shall enact upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013. The draft is initiated by Tamar Kordzaia and Pridon Sakvarelidze. The Committee supported submission thereof to the session.
