The Committee considered with the second reading the drafts on changes to the laws on: Sanitary Protection of Resorts and Resort Areas, Patent of Georgia, JSC – Partner Fund, Naval Space of Georgia, State Purchases etc. The changes are entailed with the Constitutional changes, subject to enactment upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013. The Committee considered the draft by the Government on Traffic, aiming at harmonizing of the traffic sphere regulatory norms and provisions with the Venice Convention and other European agreements.
