The Committee considered with the second reading the raft on changes to the law on Geodesic and Cartographic Activity, according to which, location of geodesic spot shall be defined under the ordinance of the Government on System of State Geodesic Coordinates. Protection of geodesic spots shall be defined under the ordinance of the Government on Protection of State Geodesic Points. The changes are entailed with the Constitutional changes subject to enactment upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013. The Committee supported the drafts.
