The Government will be entitled to endorse the state program of traffic safety instead of the President according to the change to the law on Traffic Safety,
considered with the first reading. The Committee also considered with the first reading the drafts on: change to the law on Fee and Terms for the Service by the Service Agency of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to the LEPL; change to the law on Motor Roads; change to the Civil Code; change to the law on Enforcement Proceedings; change to the Code of Administrative Offense. The drafts envisage improvement of rights and obligations of traffic participants and regulations for pedestrians. The Committee considered the Second Optional Protocol of the European Convention on Mutual Aid in Criminal Cases and the Reservations and the Statements thereto, also the CoE Convention of May 15, 2005 on Laundry, Obtainment, Withdrawal and Confiscation of Income obtained by Criminal Means and Financing of Terrorism, signed on March 25, 2013 with the attached statements. The documents shall be considered at the session.
