The Speaker, David Usupashvili hosted the Pre-Election Delegation of PACE in Tbilisi Public Service Hall, composed of the representatives of all European leading parties. The topics of the meeting were pre-election and political issues. According to the Delegation, CoE observers are getting ready for Presidential elections in October. “According to their unanimous statement, there is much better environment in comparison with the last years. We, the new Government stated that these elections must be a model. There will be numerous monitors, observation. We are ready to accept recommendations but currently I can proudly state that we keep the schedule and we can hold the elections without fraud”, - the Speaker stated.
