The number of days of paid and non-paid leave for pregnancy and nursery shall be increased. The amount of allowance for pregnancy and delivery shall as well be increased in accordance with the change to the Labor Code considered with the first reading. The maternity leave shall be increased from 477 to 730 calendar days. 183 days instead of 126 shall be paid and in the event of twin delivery, 200 days instead of 140. The exceedingly (inaccurately) issued pension (including addition) before September 1, 2013 shall be legalized according to the change to the laws on Pension and on State Compensation and State Academic Scholarship, considered with the second reading and aiming at the administration of pension provision for beneficiaries simultaneously with public service. The Committee considered the change to the law on War and Military Forces Veterans, aiming at harmonization of the changes with the changes to the Constitution subject to enactment upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013. The Committee supported submission of the drafts to the session.
