The Committee considered with the third reading the changes to the law on Culture. The norm shall be withdrawn, envisaging endorsement of the cultural heritage of Georgia by the President. The Committee considered with the third reading the change to the law on Author’s Rights, envisaging Georgian Patent to provide implementation of state policy in this sphere instead of the President. The Committee supported the drafts.
