The corrections to the state program of volleyball development shall be the basis for development of Olympic sports, will promote volleyball. The corrections were introduced by the President of the Federation, Zurab Kakabadze, define the main directions and future plans for 2014-2016. “The program relates to further promotion of volleyball, establishment of healthy life-style and dignified play of the national teams on international theatre”, - he noted. “Since 2013, the program for volleyball development has been shared by the Ministry of Sports and Youth Issues and by the Olympic Committee. Now the budget allows us be more active in implementing of these projects”, - he stated. The sitting was attended by the Deputy-Minister of Sports and Youth Issues, Tamaz Tevzadze. Z. Kakabadze appealed to him for financing the state program.
