The Committee considered with the first reading the draft on changes to the Budgetary Code and the law on State Audit Service. As it was noted, the draft is
entailed with the changes deriving from the change of authorities of the President, Parliament and the Government, subject to enactment upon the oath by the newly elected President in 2013. The Committee considered the draft on change to the law on Fee for Usage of Natural Resources. As Malkhaz Tsereteli stated, the fee for manganin shall increase from 0.012 to 0.25 GEL. According to him, it will increase local budget. For refusal to receive or issue the invoice on forest products the responsibilities shall become severe as the penalty in the amount of 5000 GEL instead of 500 according to the change to the Tax Code.
