კანონპროექტი "საქართველოს სისხლის სამართლის საპროცესო კოდექსში ცვლილების შეტანის შესახებ“ იურიდიულ საკითხთა კომიტეტმა დღეს მესამე - საბოლოო მოსმენით განიხილა. აღსანიშნავია, რომ სისხლის სამართლის საპროცესო კოდექსში მნიშვნელოვანი ცვლილებები შედის, რომლთა მიღებაც კოდექსის მთელ რიგ მუხლებში არსებული ხარვეზების გამოსწორებას, მათ დახვეწას, სრულყოფასა და საერთაშორისო სტანდარტებთან შესაბამისობაში მოყვანას ისახავს მიზნად.
