 The Bureau considered and endorsed the daily agenda for the plenary session. The draft on change to the law on Prosecutor’s Office was withdrawn from the list, as consideration thereof was postponed to the next session week.
The Bureau decided to consider the draft organic law on change to the Labor Code of Georgia. The draft regulates the issues of the form of labor contract, term, working duration, overtime and remuneration thereof. The draft envisages protection of rights of employees.

The Speaker of the Parliament, David Usupashvili ended the official visit to Czech Republic |
|
 The Speaker of the Parliament and the Parliamentary Delegation visited the Vitkov National Musem on the last day of the visit and laid the wreath on the grave of unknown soldier. As the Speaker noted, Czech people fight for freedom and support other nations in this fight as well. D. Usupashvili also met with the Vice-Speaker of the Senate.

 The paragraph 4, Article 17 of the law on “Soil Conservation and Restoration and Improvement of Fertility” shall be formed in a new edition. This was the change, discussed by the Committees.

 The Council discussed inculcation of innovations in economic development, transit to innovative economy and implementation of necessary events. The Council members introduced their views and strategies for innovative development till 2030. They spoke about world trends and the current situation in Georgia. |

The sitting of the Committee on Sports and Youth Issues |

 The Committee invited the President of the Basketball National Federation, Besik Liparteliani, who introduced the future plans. He spoke about the current situation in the Federation, implemented activity, 2013 goals and tasks. According to him the 2013 priorities are: national team, age teams, championships – club sport and aid to veteran basketball players.
