საქართველოში მედია მდგომარეობის გაუმჯობესებას, რეგულაციებს მედია პლურალიზმის სამართლებრივი საფუძვლების გამყარებისთვის, მედიის პოლიტიკური გავლენისგან გათავისუფლებას და საზოგადოებრივი მაუწყებლისა და აჭარის ავტონომიური რესპუბლიკის ტელერადიო დეპარტამენტის რეფორმირებას ითვალისწინებს კანონპროექტი „მაუწყებლობის შესახებ“ საქართველოს კანონში ცვლილების შეტანის თობაზე“, რომელიც საფინანსო-საბიუჯეტო კომიტეტის სხდომაზე პარლამენტის წევრმა, ელისო ჩაფიძემ პირველი მოსმენით განსახილველად გამოიტანა. კანონპროექტი ელისო ჩაფიძისა და მურმან დუმბაძის საკანონმდებლო ინიციატივას წარმოადგენს.

The Committee considered the drafts on changes to the law on Security Market and on Bookkeeping Account and Financial Accountability Audit. The author, the Chair of the Committee, David Onoprishvili introduced the drafts.
According to him, oversight on brokerage companies, security independent registrars, asset management companies, central depositary and stock exchange will no longer be attributed to the competence of the National Bank. The National Bank will be deprived with the excessive function – regulation of security market.

The Committee considered the drafts, subject for consideration at the nearest plenary session. The Deputy-Minister of Foreign Affairs, Giorgi Khelaia introduced the draft agreement on Cooperation in Development between Georgia and Austria, implying facilitation and enhancement of cooperation in development. The Committee members supported the draft agreement. 

The Minister delivered the report and summed up the activity by the Ministry. According to him, it is very important that the Minister does not criticize the former counterpart and tries to continue the tradition and the reforms, onset by the preceding Government.
